1 large butternut squash, chopped
1 large sweet onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Osem Consomme, Instant Soup
Saute onion in 2 Tbs.of olive oil for 5 minutes
Add butternut and water to cover
Boil and cook 5-7 minutes longer until soften
Add salt, pepper and consomme instant soup to taste
Use hand blender to blend
