1 package of frozen empire chicken (does not have to be frozen)
Corn flake crumbs
Peeled garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
1 egg
Clean and skin chicken
Dip in egg and cover with corn flake crumbs
Slice peeled garlic into very small pieces and spread on breaded chicken
Drizzle all pieces of chicken with olive oil
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook uncovered on 350 for 1-1/2 hour
