Moroccan Salmon
Salmon 12 Cloves Garlic 4-5 Hot Peppers 2 Red Peppers Garbonzo Beans 1 Cup Water Paprika Oil Salt
Chop up garlic and put at bottom of pot. Add hot peppers. Put in oil (enough to cover bottom of pot. Place Fish in pot. Sprinkle salt. Cut up red peppers and place in pot. Add Garbonzo Beans. Mix together 1 cup of water and very generous amounts of paprika. Pour mixture over fish. Cook Slow for 1 hr.
