4 pck of yeast
4 cups of warm water
1 Tbs sugar
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup of canola oil
1-1/2 Tbs kosher salt
1 and 3/4 cup of sugar
14 cups of multigrain flour
1 egg
Put yeast in warm water with sugar. Place on oven door, while temperature at 350.
In big bowl, mix eggs, canola oil, kosher salt, and sugar. Put ingredients up against wall of bowl, (make a well) and pour bubbling yeast mixture into it.
Knead mixture. Cover with damp towel for 1-1/2 hour.
Braid. Let rise for 30 minutes
Beat an egg. Brush egg on challah
Bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes
