1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 lemon, cut in found slices
1 onion in rings
1 carrot, cut in slices
1/2 cup of lemon juice
Tilapia
1/4 cup of white wine
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Saute all vegetables with salt, pepper until soft, about 7-8 minutes.
Spice tilapia with salt, pepper, tumeric and a little garlic powder. Place in 9 x 13 tin.
Pour 1/4 cup white wine and 1/2 cup of lemon juice over tilapia.
Pour vegetables on top and place around the fish
Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes, then uncover for 30 minutes
