2 packages of cabbage
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 Tbs of salt
1/2 Tbs of black pepper
1 box of elbows or lukshin noodles
Saute 2 packages of cabbage with 1/4 cup of olive oil on a small flame
Continue to stir so does not burn on bottom
Add 1 Tbs of salt and 1/2 Tbs of blsck pepper
In a seperate pot, cook the pasta
Drain the noodles and mix pasta and cabbage together
Great healthy side dish!!
