1-2 packages of chicken legs, cut into thighs and drumbsticks
marinade:
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
Red pepper flakes
Toasted sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients together, pour it onto chicken and put into ziploc bag.
Preheat oven to 450 , and leave the chicken out for 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
Put chicken into a tin. Bake chicken for 10 minutes at 450 and then lower to 350. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until chicken cooked through.
Pour marinade into a pot and bring to a boil and then, simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 2 tsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbs of cold water into sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until it thickens. Allow to cool.
Remove chicken from oven and place on tray. Brush each piece with glaze and sprinke with toasted sesames.
