6 lb veal shoulder roast
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Tumeric
Cumin
Lay onion on the bottom of a deep pan
Put shoulder roast on top of onions
Cut a whole in the meat and add garlic
In a small bowl, mix olive oil with all of the spices
Spread spices evenly on roast
Add 1 cup of water
Cook covered for 2 hours on 350
