8 pieces Chicken
5 potatoes, cut into 1/4 slices
1 Tbs of olive oil
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
In a 9 x 13 pyrex, place onions in olive oil. Add chicken and cut up potatoes. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt, garlic and black pepper.
Cover and put in oven on 295 for about 5 hours. Uncover for the last 1/2 hour.
Soft and yummy!!
