1/2 cup of whole wheat pastry flour
2/3 cup of honey
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of oil (Could substitute 1 cup of apple sauce)
1 tsp of baking powder
cinamon
Vanilla
A mix of chopped dates, craisins and raisins (Totalling a handful)
Put on a greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350
