4- 1/2 tsp of dry yeast (2 envelopes) or 1-1/2 oz of fresh yeast
2 cups of warm water
2 tsp of sugar
1/4 cup of oil
2 tsp of salt
5-- 5 -1/2 cups of flour (Can mix whole wheat and regular flour)
Combine yeast, water and sugar in a bowl
Once yeast mixture has bubbled, add to ingresients and knead well
Mixture should be slightly sticky, but should not stick to hands
Let rise for 45 minutes until it doubles
Spread dough out
Add sauce and mozarella cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, unti cheese bubbles
