3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
2 Large Onions, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Box Mushrooms, Chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
1 Pack Frozen Spinach
2 Lbs ground Veal
1 Egg
1 Cup Bread crumbs
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Glaze:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Red Wine
5 Tbsp Ketchup
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray Pan.
Heat Oil in pan, add vegetables.
Add Veal, Breadcrumbs, egg, & pepper. Mixing well.
Divide mixture into baking pans.
Prepare glaze in sauce pan and pour over top of veal loaves.
Bake uncovered for 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 375.
