Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup Soy Sauce (or gluten-free soy sauce)
1/8 cup Honey
1/2 tablespoon dry rosemary
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cubes Frozen Garlic
2–2 and 1/2 pounds London broil
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except London broil.
2. Place meat in a ziplock bag and add marinade. Marinate for two hours.
3. Place meat in a roasting pan. Discard marinade.
4. Broil on high for eight minutes on each side.
5. Remove from oven and cover. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
