3 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup of brown sugar
6 egg whites, or 1-1/2 cup of egg beaters
Peel and boil sweet potatoes until tender
Slice sweet potatoes and then mash them
Combine all ingredients
Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until ready (Sides of pie should pull into center)
Put marshmallow fluff on top while pie is still hot.
